    If you're starting from the European side of Istanbul, take a ferry from Karaköy or Eminönü to Üsküdar. To reach Karaköy, you can either walk from Taksim Square via Istiklal Avenue or take the funicular from Taksim to Kabataş and then walk to the ferry terminal.
