  • Metro

    If you are near Taksim Square, take the M2 metro line towards Yenikapı. Get off at the Şişhane station, which is the second stop. Once you exit the metro station, head northwest on Şişhane Square towards the İstiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue). Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the Galip Dede Caddesi. Turn left onto Galip Dede Caddesi, and continue walking for about 200 meters. You will find Galata Mevlevihanesi Müzesi at No: 15 on your right.

  • Tram

    If you are near the Sultanahmet area, take the T1 tram line towards Kabataş. Get off at the Karaköy stop. From there, walk up the hill on the Galata Bridge towards Galata Tower. Continue walking straight towards the İstiklal Avenue for about 800 meters. Once you reach İstiklal Caddesi, turn right and walk until you find Galip Dede Caddesi. Turn left on Galip Dede Caddesi, and Galata Mevlevihanesi Müzesi will be at No: 15.
