    If you are in Sultanahmet, walk towards the Hagia Sophia. As you face the Hagia Sophia, turn right and walk along the street for about 5 minutes. You will pass the Basilica Cistern on your left. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of Topkapi Palace. The Topkapi Palace Kitchens are located within the palace grounds, just follow the signs.

  • Tram

    If you are near the T1 tram line, board the tram heading towards Kabataş. Get off at the Sultanahmet stop. Once you exit the tram, head towards the Hagia Sophia, which is directly in front of you. Turn right and walk along the street for about 5 minutes until you see the entrance to Topkapi Palace. The Topkapi Palace Kitchens are located inside the palace.

  • Bus

    Take bus line 28 or 30 from various locations in Istanbul that connect to Taksim Square. From Taksim, you can either walk to the Taksim tram station or take the funicular to Kabataş. Board the T1 tram at Kabataş heading towards Bağcılar. Get off at the Sultanahmet stop. From there, walk towards the Hagia Sophia, turn right, and proceed for about 5 minutes to reach Topkapi Palace where the kitchens are located.

    If you are on the M2 metro line, get off at the Şişhane station and transfer to the funicular to Taksim Square. From Taksim, either walk to the Taksim tram station or take the funicular to Kabataş. Then board the T1 tram towards Bağcılar and get off at the Sultanahmet stop. Walk towards Hagia Sophia, turn right, and continue for about 5 minutes until you reach Topkapi Palace.
