After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach Çırağan Street (Çırağan Cd.). Turn left onto Çırağan Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you see the entrance to Yıldız Park on your right. The park is located at Yıldız, Çırağan Cd., 34349 Beşiktaş/Istanbul.

    From Beşiktaş Square, take bus number 22, which heads towards Ortaköy. Get off at the 'Yıldız Parkı' bus stop, which is approximately a 5-minute ride. After you get off, walk back a short distance on Çırağan Street and you will find the entrance to Yıldız Park on your left. The bus fare is around 15 TL, and you can pay using an Istanbulkart, which can be purchased at kiosks or vending machines.
