Getting there

Ferry

To reach Maiden's Tower, start by making your way to the Eminönü ferry terminal. You can get there by taking the tram (T1 line) from Sultanahmet or Karaköy stations to Eminönü. Once you arrive at the Eminönü terminal, look for the signs directing you to the ferries heading to Üsküdar. Board the ferry that goes to Üsküdar, which operates frequently throughout the day. The ferry ride will give you a beautiful view of the Bosphorus and takes approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Üsküdar terminal, exit the ferry and walk towards the coast. You will see the Maiden's Tower in the distance.

Walk

From the Üsküdar ferry terminal, head towards the waterfront promenade (salacak). Follow the path along the shoreline, which is a pleasant walk with views of the Maiden's Tower. It will take about 10-15 minutes to reach the nearest point to the tower. You’ll arrive at a small dock area where you can catch a boat to Maiden's Tower. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating the boat service to the tower.
