If you are already in the Karsiyaka area, the Atatürk Monument is easily accessible by foot. Start at the Karsiyaka Ferry Terminal, located at the waterfront. From the ferry terminal, head east along the shoreline promenade (Kordonboyu). Continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer, enjoying the scenic views of the sea and surrounding parks. As you walk, keep an eye out for the Cemal Gürsel Street signs. When you reach Cemal Gürsel Street, turn left and continue walking for about 500 meters. The monument will be on your right, situated at Tuna, Cemal Gürsel Cd. 166 A, 35600 Karşıyaka/İzmir.

If you prefer to use public transport, you can take a minibus (dolmuş) or bus to get closer to the Atatürk Monument. From any central location in Karsiyaka, head to the nearest minibus station. Board a minibus heading towards 'Bostanlı'. The fare is approximately 10 TL (as of the last update). Inform the driver that you want to get off at Cemal Gürsel Street. Once you disembark, walk about 200 meters east along Cemal Gürsel Street, and you will find the monument on your left at Tuna, Cemal Gürsel Cd. 166 A.
