Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the central area of the Kaçkar Mountains. Navigate towards Rize on the D-100 highway (also known as the E-70). Once you reach Rize, follow the signs for Hemşin. After approximately 15 km, you will see a sign for Akyamaç. Take the exit and continue on the Hemşin Pazar Yolu road for about 5 km. You will arrive at Akyamac Falls Nature Park, located at Ortaköy, Hemşin Pazar Yolu No:11, 53550 Akyamaç/Hemşin/Rize. Ensure to park your car at the designated parking area before entering the park.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus from the Rize city center to Hemşin. Buses depart frequently from the main bus terminal. The ride takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Hemşin, you will need to take a local dolmuş (shared taxi) or arrange a taxi to get to Akyamaç Falls Nature Park. The dolmuş will drop you off near the entrance of the park. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before boarding. The total cost for the bus and dolmuş should be around 20-30 Turkish Lira.

For those who enjoy hiking, there are trails leading to Akyamaç Falls. If you are staying in or near Hemşin, you can walk to the park. The hike is scenic but can be steep; it takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to reach the falls on foot. Make sure to wear appropriate hiking shoes and carry enough water and snacks for the journey. Follow the signs for Akyamaç Falls Nature Park along the well-marked trails.
