From Kuşadası, take a local bus from the main bus station (Otogar) to Selçuk. The buses are frequent and will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Selçuk, follow the signs to the ferry terminal for Samos. Purchase your ferry ticket to Pythagoreio and board the ferry. The ferry ride will take approximately 1 hour, bringing you directly to Pythagoreio.
