    If you are traveling by car, start from the main town in Lycia, such as Fethiye or Kaş. Head towards Kumluca via the D400 highway. The drive from Fethiye to Kumluca will take approximately 2 hours. Once you reach Kumluca, follow the signs for Mavikent Mahallesi. As you approach Mavikent, look for signs directing you to Gelidonya Lighthouse. The lighthouse is located at the coordinates 36.2193463 latitude and 30.4097632 longitude. There is a small dirt road leading to the lighthouse where you can park your car.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Gelidonya Lighthouse using public transportation, take a bus from Fethiye or Kaş to Kumluca. Buses run frequently and the journey takes about 2 hours. Upon arriving in Kumluca, you can either take a local dolmuş (shared taxi) or walk to Mavikent Mahallesi. The dolmuş will take you closer to the lighthouse area. If you choose to walk, it's about a 5-kilometer hike from the center of Kumluca to the lighthouse area. Be prepared for some uneven terrain as you approach the lighthouse.
