After approximately 30 km, you will reach the town of Seydikemer. Continue driving through Seydikemer, and follow the signs to Çobanlar. Once in Çobanlar, look for local signs directing you to Platene - Platasa Likya Dönemi Kale (Köristan). The site is located just outside the village, and you can park your car nearby.

To reach Platene using public transportation, start by taking a dolmuş (shared minibus) from Fethiye to Seydikemer. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Seydikemer, you can either take another dolmuş heading to Çobanlar or hire a taxi for the final leg of the trip. The taxi ride from Seydikemer to Platene will take about 15 minutes. Make sure to confirm the fare beforehand, as it may vary.
