From Armutalan, walk to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the Marmaris municipal bus (line 2) that goes towards Adaköy. Make sure to check the schedule as buses may not run frequently. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes. Get off at the Adaköy stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 10-15 minutes to Nimara Mağarası. Follow the signs towards the cave, which is located near the coast.

Dolmuş (Shared Minibus)
Alternatively, you can take a dolmuş from Armutalan to Adaköy. These minibuses are a popular and economical mode of transport, and they run more frequently than public buses. The fare is usually around 10-15 TL. Ask the driver to drop you off at Adaköy. After disembarking, walk for about 10-15 minutes toward Nimara Mağarası, following the coastal path which is well signposted.

If you prefer to walk, you can head directly from Armutalan to Nimara Mağarası. From the center of Armutalan, walk down to the main road towards Marmaris. Once you reach the coast, turn left and follow the seaside path. It’s approximately a 4-5 km walk, taking about 1-1.5 hours depending on your pace. This route offers beautiful views of the coastline, making it a pleasant journey.
