If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the nearest city, Adıyaman. Drive towards Kahta along the D855 highway. After approximately 25 kilometers, you will reach the junction for Nemrut Dağı Yolu (Mount Nemrut Road). Follow this road for about 20 kilometers until you arrive at the parking area near the summit of Mount Nemrut. Please note that there is a parking fee of around 20 TL. From the parking area, you will need to hike approximately 1.5 kilometers uphill to reach the main site, so wear comfortable shoes.

Public Transportation
To reach Mount Nemrut using public transportation, take a bus from Adıyaman to Kahta. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Kahta, you can either take a dolmuş (shared minibus) or a taxi to the Nemrut Dağı entrance. The dolmuş may take about 45 minutes and costs around 10 TL. Once you reach the entrance, you will have to walk about 1.5 kilometers to get to the summit. Be prepared for a moderate hike and ensure you have appropriate footwear.
