Car
If you are driving, start from the nearest city in the Mediterranean region, such as Antalya or Adana. From Antalya, take the D400 highway heading east towards Mersin. Continue on the D400 for about 3 hours (approximately 225 km). As you approach Erdemli, follow the signs for Kızkalesi. Once you enter Kızkalesi, look for directions towards the beach area, where the Turkish flag is prominently displayed. There is usually parking available near the beach.

From Antalya, you can take a bus to Mersin. Buses run frequently and the journey takes about 4 hours. Once in Mersin, transfer to a local bus heading to Erdemli. The local bus ride will take about 30 minutes. After arriving in Erdemli, you can take a taxi or a dolmuş (shared minibus) to Kızkalesi. The dolmuş will drop you off near the beach area where the Turkish flag is located.
