Getting There

• Car

  To reach the Skin Silk Road - Erzurum, Erzincan, Kars Winter Tourism Corridor from Palandoken by car, start by heading northwest on İbrahim Polat Cd. towards the center of Palandoken. Continue straight for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with D950/E80. Turn left onto D950/E80 and follow the signs for Erzurum. Stay on D950/E80 for approximately 10 kilometers. You will see signs for the ski resort along the way. Once you reach the resort area, follow the specific signs for Skin Silk Road. Parking is available at the resort, but be aware that a parking fee may apply, usually around 20-30 TL.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer to use public transport, you can take a minibus (dolmuş) from central Palandoken to Erzurum city center. Minibuses frequently depart from the main bus station in Palandoken and the fare is around 10 TL. Once in Erzurum, you can take another dolmuş heading towards Palandoken, which will take you directly to the Skin Silk Road area. The fare for this leg of the journey is also approximately 10 TL. Ensure to check the last bus schedule to avoid being stranded.

• Taxi

  For a more comfortable and direct option, consider taking a taxi from Palandoken to Skin Silk Road. Taxis can be hired from various points in Palandoken. The journey will take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic, and the fare should be around 100-150 TL. It's advisable to confirm the fare before starting the trip or ask the driver to use the meter.
