If you are in the center of Pamukkale, start by heading south on the main road (Atatürk Caddesi). Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the Çetin Sk. street. Turn left onto Çetin Sk. and walk for approximately 200 meters. The Pamukkale Hot Air Balloon office will be on your left at Çetin Sk. No:2.

From Pamukkale's center, locate the nearest minibus stop. Take a minibus heading towards Karahayit. Inform the driver you want to get off at the Çetin Sk. stop. The ride will take about 5-10 minutes. Once you get off, walk back about 100 meters on Çetin Sk. and you will find the Pamukkale Hot Air Balloon office on your left.
