From the center of Pamukkale, walk towards the Pamukkale Travertines, which are clearly visible from most locations. Head towards the main entrance of the travertines. Once you reach the entrance, continue walking up the travertine terraces. As you walk, follow the signs that lead to Hierapolis. The entrance to Hierapolis is located at the top of the terraces. This walk will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on your pace, and the views along the way are stunning.

From Pamukkale village, you can take a minibus (dolmuş) that heads towards Hierapolis. Look for the minibuses that have 'Hierapolis' displayed on the front. The minibus stop is near the Pamukkale Thermal Pools. The ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Hierapolis.
