Car
If you are driving from Paphlagonia to Sultanahmet Square in Istanbul, head towards the O-4 highway. Follow the O-4 towards Istanbul, and take the exit for the TEM highway (O-6). Stay on the TEM highway until you reach the exit for the Fatih district. Use the local roads to follow signs for Sultanahmet. Parking can be limited, so consider using a parking garage nearby, which may cost around 20-50 TRY per day.
Public Transportation (Bus + Tram)
From any central location in Paphlagonia, take a bus to Istanbul. The bus ride typically takes around 4-6 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at a main bus terminal in Istanbul, such as Esenler Otogar, take the metro (M1) to Aksaray station. From Aksaray, transfer to the T1 tram line towards Kabataş. Get off at Sultanahmet station. The tram ticket will cost around 15 TRY. Sultanahmet Square is a short walk from the tram stop.
Train (if available)
If there is a train service from Paphlagonia to Istanbul, take the train to Haydarpaşa Train Station. From there, you can take a local bus or taxi to Sultanahmet Square. Alternatively, you can catch a ferry from Kadıköy to Eminönü, and from Eminönü, it is a short walk or tram ride to Sultanahmet. Train tickets will vary in price but typically range from 50-100 TRY.
Taxi or Rideshare
