If you are traveling by car, head to the town of Kaş in Antalya Province. From Kaş, take the D400 highway towards Fethiye. After approximately 40 km, turn left towards Gelemiş. Follow the signs leading you to Patara Beach, and continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Patara Ruins. Parking is available near the entrance, and there is usually no fee, but check for any updates on costs.

To reach Patara Ruins via public transportation, take a bus from major cities in Thrace to Kaş. Once in Kaş, you can catch a local minibus (dolmuş) heading to Gelemiş. The dolmuş service runs frequently, so you won't have to wait long. Once you arrive in Gelemiş, the Patara Ruins are about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs towards Patara Beach, and you will find the ruins along the way.
