Walking
From the center of Akçaabat, head east on Atatürk Caddesi towards the coastline. After about 500 meters, you'll reach Akçaabat Sahil Park. Continue walking along the coast for another 700 meters until you reach the intersection with Akçakale Street. Turn left onto Akçakale Street and walk approximately 1 kilometer uphill. You'll pass by local shops and cafes. After a short while, you'll see the entrance to Akçakale Kalesi on your right.

From the Akçaabat city center, you can take a bus heading to Akçakale. Look for the bus stop near the Akçaabat Municipality Building. The bus will take you directly to Akçakale. The fare is around 5 TL. Once you arrive in Akçakale, disembark and walk approximately 200 meters uphill towards the castle. Follow the signs that point to Akçakale Kalesi.
