Walking
If you are near Trabzon's city center, head towards Atatürk Boulevard. From there, walk towards the Trabzon Grand Mosque (Trabzon Ulu Camii). Once you reach the mosque, continue straight on Kahramanmaraş Street (Kahramanmaraş Cd). The Trabzon City Museum will be on your left at Kahramanmaraş Cd. No:14. It's approximately a 15-minute walk from the city center.

You can take a minibus (dolmuş) from various points in Trabzon city center that head towards Ortahisar. Look for a minibus that indicates it goes to 'Ortahisar' and get on. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Kahramanmaraş Street. Once you get off, walk along Kahramanmaraş Cd, and the museum will be directly in front of you at No:14, within a 5-minute walk from your drop-off point.
