Car
If you're traveling by car from Troad to Galata Tower, head towards the D550 highway. Follow signs to İstanbul. Once you reach the city, take the exit for Taksim/Beyoğlu. Park in one of the nearby parking facilities, such as the Taksim parking garage (which may charge around 20-30 TL for a few hours). From the parking garage, it's a 15-minute walk to Galata Tower. Head down İstiklal Avenue, turn left onto Sıraselviler Street, and continue until you reach the tower.

Public Transportation
To reach Galata Tower via public transportation from Troad, start by taking a bus or train to İstanbul. Once in İstanbul, use the metro to reach Taksim station (M2 line). From Taksim, you can either take the funicular down to Kabataş and then transfer to tram T1 towards Bağcılar, getting off at the Karaköy stop. Alternatively, you can take a 15-minute walk from Taksim to the tower. From the Karaköy tram stop, walk uphill along Bankalar Caddesi towards Bereketzade; Galata Tower will be on your right. The tram costs around 15 TL.
