If you are driving from Troad, head south towards the D400 highway. Follow the D400 towards Kaş. After approximately 90 kilometers, you will reach the town of Kaş. From Kaş, continue on the D400 for about 20 kilometers until you see signs for Gelemiş. Turn onto the road leading to Gelemiş, and follow the signs for Patara Ruins. The entrance is located in the village of Gelemiş, and there is a parking area available near the entrance.

To reach Patara Ruins using public transportation, take a bus from Troad to Kaş. Buses frequently run from various towns in Troad to Kaş, and the journey usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once in Kaş, you can take a local dolmuş (minibus) towards Gelemiş. The dolmuş will drop you off near the entrance to Patara Ruins. Be sure to check the dolmuş schedule for return trips, as they may not run late into the evening.
