After approximately 15 km, take the exit towards Nilüfer Cd. Continue straight until you see the signs for Bursa Botanical Park. There is parking available on-site, but be aware that it may incur a fee.

To use public transportation, first take a bus from Uludag to Bursa city center. Buses leave regularly from the main bus station in Uludag. Once you arrive in Bursa, head to the Bursa Intercity Bus Terminal (Otogar) and transfer to a local bus heading towards Osmangazi.
