Getting There

    If you're driving, start from the city of Ashgabat. Head southeast on the Ahal Region road until you reach the intersection with the M37 highway. Take the M37 heading toward Turkmenabat. After approximately 100 km, look for signs for the Köpetdag Mountains, which will direct you onto smaller roads leading into the mountain area. Continue driving for about 25 km until you reach the base of Gora Kerki-Tag. Parking is available at designated spots near the trailheads.

    From Ashgabat, take a minibus (marshrutka) heading towards Turkmenabat. This journey will take around 2-3 hours and will cost approximately 10-15 TMT.
