Car

If you are driving, start from the center of Turkmenabat. Head west on the main road towards Ashgabat, which is approximately a 5-6 hour drive depending on traffic and road conditions. Once you approach Ashgabat, follow the signs to 'Independence Monument' which is located on Arçabil şaýoly. The monument is situated at the coordinates 37.8811° N, 58.3823° E. Look for prominent signs indicating the monument as you near the city center.

Bus

You can take a bus from Turkmenabat to Ashgabat. The buses leave regularly from the central bus station in Turkmenabat. The fare is typically around 15-20 TMT (Turkmen Manat). Once in Ashgabat, you can take a taxi or local public transport to reach Independence Monument. Taxis are widely available and should cost about 10 TMT for a short trip. Public buses also run frequently, and you can ask the driver to let you off at the Independence Monument.

Taxi
