From Babalua Beach, head north on the main road, Leeward Highway. Continue straight for approximately 3 miles until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit to stay on Leeward Highway. Continue for another 2 miles until you see the signs for the ferry terminal on your right. Follow the signs to the ferry to Little Water Cay. The ferry ride will take about 30 minutes.

From Babalua Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop on Leeward Highway. Catch the local bus heading towards the ferry terminal. Buses run every 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you are going to the ferry terminal for Little Water Cay. Once you arrive at the terminal, purchase your ferry ticket at the booth, and board the ferry. The ride to Little Water Cay takes approximately 30 minutes.
