From the center of Grace Bay, head east towards the beach. Walk along Grace Bay Road until you reach the intersection with Leeward Highway. Cross over to Leeward Highway and continue walking until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Leeward Highway heading north. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the signs for Nightjar. Turn left onto Nightjar Road. Follow this road as it winds down towards the beach. Pelican Beach will be on your left side.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Grace Bay. Start at Grace Bay Road and head east towards the beach. When you reach the intersection with Leeward Highway, turn right onto Leeward Highway. Continue north for about 1.5 kilometers. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Leeward Highway. Continue straight until you see the signs for Nightjar. Turn left onto Nightjar Road and bike down to Pelican Beach, which will be on your left.
