Follow the signs towards Kampala, which is approximately 4-5 hours away depending on traffic. Once you reach Kampala, take the exit toward Lubiri Ring Road. Continue on Lubiri Ring Road until you see signs for Kabaka's Palace. The palace is located at The Twekobe, Lubiri Ring Road. From Bukedi, board a matatu (shared taxi) heading to Kampala. The journey can take around 4-5 hours. Once you arrive in Kampala, walk to the nearest stage for a matatu going to Lubaga. Ask the conductor to drop you off at Lubiri Ring Road. From there, it is a short walk to Kabaka's Palace. Be prepared to pay about 10,000 UGX for the matatu ride to Kampala and an additional 2,000-5,000 UGX for the short matatu ride to Lubaga.
