Car
If you are driving to YARID, start from the center of Kampala. Head southeast on Jinja Road (A-1) for about 5 km. Turn left onto Kabega Road. Continue for approximately 1 km, and YARID will be on your right. Look for the sign indicating YARID and park in the nearby designated area.

Public Transportation - Matatu
To reach YARID by matatu, make your way to any major taxi park in Kampala, such as the Old Taxi Park. Board a matatu heading towards Makindye. The fare is around 1,000 - 2,000 UGX. Once you reach Makindye, ask the conductor to drop you off at Kabega Road. From there, walk along Kabega Road for about 10 minutes, and YARID will be on your left.

Public Transportation - Boda Boda
For a more direct route, you can take a boda boda from any location in Kampala. Simply tell the rider to take you to YARID on Kabega Road in Makindye. The fare will vary depending on your starting point, but it typically ranges from 5,000 to 15,000 UGX. Ensure you agree on the fare before starting your journey. The boda boda will drop you off right at the entrance of YARID.
