Car
If you are driving from Kampala, head southwest on Jinja Road (A-1). After approximately 5 km, take the exit toward Bombo Road/A-109. Continue on Bombo Road for about 7 km until you reach the junction with Masiro Road. Turn right onto Masiro Road and follow it for about 1 km. Kasubi Tombs will be on your left at the address 8HH3+H76, Masiro Rd, Kampala. Ensure you have some cash for parking fees, which may vary.
Public Transportation (Matatu)
From the city center of Kampala, locate a 'Matatu' (shared taxi) that is heading towards Rubaga or Kasubi. These can typically be found at the taxi parks, such as the Usafi Market Taxi Park. The fare is usually around 1,000 - 2,000 UGX. Once on the matatu, inform the driver that you want to stop at Kasubi Tombs. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic. Alight at the Masiro Road stop, and Kasubi Tombs will be a short walk from there.

Simply negotiate a fare to Kasubi Tombs, which should range from 5,000 to 10,000 UGX depending on your starting point. The ride will take about 15-30 minutes depending on traffic.
