Car
If you are driving from Jinja, head northwest on the Jinja-Kampala highway (A-109). Continue for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Lugazi. Turn left onto the Lugazi road and follow the signs towards Lugalambo. Drive for another 10 kilometers until you reach the C35R+5C location in Lugalambo. There is ample parking available at the tea farms.
Public Transportation
To reach the tea farms by public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Jinja to Lugazi. The journey takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Lugazi, you can hire a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you directly to the tea farms at C35R+5C in Lugalambo. The boda-boda ride should cost around 2,000 to 5,000 UGX, depending on your negotiation skills.
Boda-Boda
If you are in Lugazi and prefer a quicker option, you can hire a boda-boda from the town center. Simply ask for a ride to the tea farms at C35R+5C in Lugalambo. Make sure to agree on the price before you set off, which should typically be around 2,000 to 5,000 UGX.
