Car
If you're traveling by car from Jinja, take the Jinja-Kamuli Road (A-109) heading east. Continue on this road until you reach Kamuli. From Kamuli, follow signs towards Kibaale. After approximately 30 km, turn left onto the VJWX+GFX road. Continue along this unnamed road, following it for about 10 km until you arrive at Aruu Falls. Be prepared for some rough patches on the road, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

To reach Aruu Falls using public transportation, start at the Jinja Bus Terminal. Take a bus heading to Kamuli. Once you arrive in Kamuli, find a taxi or boda boda (motorcycle taxi) that can take you towards Kibaale. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to go to Aruu Falls. The taxi will drop you off at the nearest point to the VJWX+GFX road. From there, you can walk approximately 10 km to the falls, or arrange for a boda boda to take you directly to the waterfall site.
