If you are driving from Jinja, take the Kampala-Jinja Highway (A-4) heading towards Kampala. After about 77 kilometers, merge onto the Northern Bypass (A-104) towards Bwaise. Continue on the bypass until you reach the exit for Rubaga. Follow the signs to Rubaga, and then follow local roads to Bulange, Plot 1039 block 26, where Harts Motel is located. Parking is available on-site.

From Jinja, board a taxi (shared minibus) heading to Kampala. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic, costing around 5,000 UGX. After arriving at the Kampala taxi park, look for a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Harts Motel. The fare for the boda-boda should be around 5,000 UGX. Provide the driver with the address: Bulange, Plot 1039 block 26, Rubaga Division.
