If you're driving from Jinja, head east on the A-4 highway towards Mbale. Continue on the A-4 for about 50 kilometers until you reach the town of Mbale. From Mbale, take the B-1 road towards Sironko and then follow signs towards Budadiri. After approximately 15 kilometers, you will see signs for Kajagyi Falls Gorilla Tours. The falls are located a few kilometers off the main road. Make sure to have a GPS or a map application handy for the final stretch.

From Jinja, take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Mbale. Once you reach Mbale, you can find matatus going towards Sironko. Ask the conductor to drop you off at Budadiri. From Budadiri, you may need to hire a motorcycle taxi (boda boda) to take you to Kajagyi Falls Gorilla Tours. Ensure to agree on a fare before starting the ride. The total cost for the journey from Jinja to Kajagyi Falls via matatu and boda boda is approximately 20,000 to 30,000 UGX.
