Car

If you are driving from Mbale, head north on the Mbale–Soroti Road. After approximately 50 kilometers, turn right onto the road leading to Pian Upe Game Reserve. Continue for about 30 kilometers. Public Transportation

To reach Pian Upe Game Reserve via public transport, start at the Mbale bus station. Take a bus heading towards Soroti. Once you arrive at the turn-off, you may need to hire a motorcycle taxi (boda boda) to cover the remaining 30 kilometers to the reserve entrance.
