Turn right and continue on this road for approximately 15 kilometers. Follow the signs that lead to Sisiyi Falls. To reach Sisiyi Falls via public transport, take a taxi from Mbale or Jinja to Buligenyi. From Mbale, the taxi ride will take around 45 minutes and cost approximately UGX 5,000-10,000.
