From Mbale, drive towards the town of Sipi. Take the Mbale-Sipi road (signs will indicate the direction). The journey is approximately 40 kilometers and may take around 1 hour. As you approach Sipi, look for signs pointing to Sipi Falls, which is the main attraction. Once you reach the Sipi area, you will find parking near the Sipi-Elgon Activities center.

Public Transportation
From Mbale, you can take a shared taxi (commonly referred to as a 'matatu') heading to Sipi. These leave frequently from the Mbale taxi park and the fare is around 5,000 Ugandan Shillings. The ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at Sipi Falls, and from there, it’s a short walk to Sipi-Elgon Activities.

If you're already in the Sipi area, Sipi-Elgon Activities is accessible on foot. From the Sipi Falls viewpoint, head towards the main road and follow it towards the Sipi-Elgon Activities center, which is clearly marked.
