From Bulambuli, follow signs towards Sisiyi Falls, which is located about 4 kilometers from the town center. The road may be unpaved, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Parking is available near the falls.

To reach Sisiyi Falls via public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Mbale to Bulambuli. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes and costs around 5,000 UGX. Once you arrive in Bulambuli, you can hire a motorcycle taxi (boda boda) to take you the remaining 4 kilometers to Sisiyi Falls. The boda boda ride should cost between 3,000 to 5,000 UGX.
