Getting There

  • Bicycle

    From Entebbe town center, head east on Hotel Road towards the Entebbe Botanical Gardens. Continue on the main road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Nambi Road. Follow Nambi Road as it curves and turns into Kitoro Road, keeping the lake on your left. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road, then turn left onto the main road. Keep an eye out for signs indicating 'Gorilla Safari Uganda', which may be located along this route.

    Starting from the Entebbe International Airport arrivals area, exit the terminal and walk towards the main road. Once you reach the road, take a left and continue walking straight. You will pass several local shops and eateries. Continue on this path until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Nambi Road. Follow Nambi Road for about 1.5 kilometers until you see signs for 'Gorilla Safari Uganda'. It will be located on your right side.

  • Public Transport (Boda Boda)

    Find a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) at one of the designated boda boda stages in Entebbe. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Gorilla Safari Uganda'. They will be familiar with the location. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off close to the site. Make sure to confirm the drop-off point with the driver before starting your journey.
