  • Bicycle

    From the center of Entebbe, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Head towards Church Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the main road (Nambi Rd). Take a left turn onto Nambi Rd. Proceed for another 1 kilometer until you see signs for Mabamba Swamp. Follow the signs to reach the entrance of Shoebill Mabamba Swamp.

    If you prefer to walk, start from the Entebbe Botanical Gardens. Exit the gardens and turn left onto the main road (Nambi Rd). Walk straight for about 3 kilometers, passing local shops and cafes. When you reach the intersection with Church Road, take a right. Continue for approximately 500 meters until you see signs for Mabamba Swamp. Follow the signs to reach your destination.

  • Motorbike Taxi (Boda Boda)
