Bicycle
If you are in the center of Entebbe, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Head towards Lugard Avenue; this is a straight road that will lead you directly to the Uganda Wildlife Conservation Center. As you ride, keep an eye out for the local scenery, and in about 15-20 minutes, you will arrive at Plot 56, 57 Lugard Ave.
Walking
From the Entebbe International Airport, if you are feeling adventurous and the weather is nice, you can walk to the Uganda Wildlife Conservation Center. Head south on the Airport Road until you reach the junction with Lugard Avenue. Turn left on Lugard Avenue and continue walking for about 30-40 minutes until you reach Plot 56, 57 Lugard Ave.
Public Transport (Boda Boda)
Find a nearby boda boda (motorcycle taxi) stand in Entebbe. Inform the rider that you want to go to the Uganda Wildlife Conservation Center located at Plot 56, 57 Lugard Ave. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
Public Transport (Matatu)
Locate a matatu (shared taxi) stop in Entebbe. Board a matatu that is heading towards the city center or to Lugard Avenue. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Lugard Avenue near the Uganda Wildlife Conservation Center. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, it is a short walk to Plot 56, 57 Lugard Ave.
