To reach Asante Art Gallery located on Kira Lane, find a nearby boda boda (motorcycle taxi) stand. Inform the rider that you want to go to Asante Art Gallery on Kira Lane. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to tell the rider to drop you off at Kira Lane, and look for the gallery which is a few meters down the road.
Matatu (Shared Minibus)
Look for a matatu heading towards Kira or Ntinda. These typically depart from various locations, including the Central Business District. Ask the conductor to drop you off at Kira Road. Once you get off, you can either walk or take a boda boda for the remaining distance to Kira Lane, which is a short 10-minute walk. Kira Lane is located a bit off Kira Road, so you may need to ask locals for directions.
Walking
If you are staying in the Kira or Ntinda area, you can walk to Asante Art Gallery. From Kira Road, head towards Kira Lane. It's about a 20-minute walk. Follow Kira Road until you reach the junction with Kira Lane, then turn right onto Kira Lane. The gallery is located a short distance down the lane.
