Boda Boda
If you are near the city center of Kampala, you can take a Boda Boda (motorcycle taxi) to Lubiri Ring Rd. Simply ask the rider to take you to the Buganda Heritage and Tourism Board. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure that you negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
Walking
If you are within walking distance from the city center, head towards the Old Taxi Park located on Wilson Road. From the park, walk towards Jinja Road and then take a left onto Lubiri Ring Rd. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will see the Buganda Heritage and Tourism Board on your right. This walk should take you around 25-30 minutes.
Matatu
You can catch a Matatu (shared minibus) heading towards Mengo from the city center. Board the Matatu at the Old Taxi Park and ask the conductor to drop you off at the nearest stop to Lubiri Ring Rd.
