Walking
If you are in Muyenga, begin at the Muyenga Tank Hill area. Head south towards Ggaba Road. Once you reach Ggaba Road, turn right and continue walking for about 15 minutes. You will pass by various small shops and local eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for Muva House on your left; it’s a notable building with a sign outside. Grandlight is located within Muva House, at the address 4667 Ggaba Road.
Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a boda boda from any point in Muyenga. Simply ask the boda boda driver to take you to Grandlight at Muva House, 4667 Ggaba Road. The fare typically ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 UGX depending on your starting point. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
Public Transport (Matatu)
You can also use a matatu (shared taxi) to get close to Grandlight. Find a matatu that goes towards Ggaba Road. Get off at the Ggaba Road junction and walk towards Muva House. It’s a short walk of about 5 minutes. The matatu fare is usually around 1,000 UGX. Keep in mind that matatus can be crowded, so be prepared for a bit of a squeeze!
