    If you're driving from the main entrance of Kibale National Park, head northeast on the main road (A109) towards Fort Portal. After approximately 20 kilometers, you will reach the town of Fort Portal. From the center of Fort Portal, take the direction towards Nyakasura. The Amabere Caves are located about 5 kilometers from Fort Portal on the Nyakasura Road. Look for signs directing you to the caves. There is a small parking area available.

    To reach Amabere Caves via public transportation, first head to Fort Portal town. You can take a taxi or a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) from your location in Kibale National Park to the main road, where you can catch a taxi to Fort Portal.
