After approximately 20 kilometers, you will reach the town of Fort Portal. From the center of Fort Portal, take the direction towards Nyakasura. The Amabere Caves are located about 5 kilometers from Fort Portal on the Nyakasura Road. Look for signs directing you to the caves. There is a small parking area available.
