    Getting There

    Car

    From the center of Kigezi, head east on the main road towards Kabale. After approximately 10 kilometers, look for the sign for Kafumu Road on your right. Turn onto Kafumu Road and continue for about 3 kilometers. You will see signs indicating the direction to Mpanga Nature Center. The entrance to the center will be on your left. The road may be bumpy, so drive carefully.

    Public Transportation

    From the center of Kigezi, locate a local taxi (shared minibus) heading towards Kabale. Inform the driver you wish to stop at Kafumu Road. The fare should be around 1,000 Ugandan Shillings. Once you reach Kafumu Road, you may need to walk approximately 3 kilometers to Mpanga Nature Center. Look for directional signs along the way or ask locals for assistance.

    Walking

    If you are already in the vicinity of Kafumu Road, you can walk to Mpanga Nature Center. Start at the nearest point on Kafumu Road and head towards the entrance, which is about 3 kilometers away. The path is generally straightforward, but be cautious of local wildlife and uneven terrain.
