    Getting There

    Walking

    From the Mbale Bus Park, head northeast on Republic Street towards the main road (Nairobi Road). Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Tom Masaba Road. Turn left onto Tom Masaba Road. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers, and you will find Pioneer Grounds on your left, just before the entrance to the Mbale Stadium.

    Boda Boda

    From your location in Mbale, find a nearby Boda Boda (motorcycle taxi) stand. Tell the driver you want to go to Pioneer Grounds on Tom Masaba Road. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off near the entrance of Pioneer Grounds, which is located just off Tom Masaba Road.

    Public Transport (Matatu)

    Walk to the nearest Matatu (minibus) stage in Mbale. Board a Matatu heading towards the Mbale Stadium route. Once on board, inform the conductor that you want to get off at Pioneer Grounds. The Matatu will drop you off at a stop near Tom Masaba Road. From there, walk approximately 200 meters to reach Pioneer Grounds, which will be on your left.
