Walking
If you are starting from the Mbale Central Market, exit the market and head southeast on Republic Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Jinja Road. Turn left onto Jinja Road and walk for about 10 minutes. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. After about 800 meters, you will see a sign for St. Paul's Monument. Follow the sign to the right, and you will find the monument a short distance ahead.
Bicycle
To reach St. Paul's Monument by bicycle from Mbale town center, start at the Mbale Bus Station. Head south on the main road towards Nakaloke. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto Jinja Road. Continue cycling for another 1.5 kilometers. You will see the monument on your left side; there will be a small path leading you directly to it.
Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
From any location in Mbale, you can hire a boda boda to take you directly to St. Paul's Monument. Simply tell the driver 'St. Paul's Monument' or point to the location on your phone if you have a map. The ride should take about 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure to negotiate the price before starting your journey.
