Getting there

Walking

From the center of Mbarara, start at the main roundabout near the Mbarara Market. Head southwest on Market Street until you reach the junction with the Mbarara-Kabale Road (also known as the Southern Bypass). Turn right and follow the road for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and local eateries along the way. Look for a sign pointing towards Golf Course Road on your left. Turn left onto Golf Course Road and continue straight for approximately 500 meters. Cafe Havana3 will be on your right, just before you reach the entrance to the Mbarara Golf Club.

Bicycle

If you are cycling, start from the Mbarara Town Hall, located in the center of Mbarara. Head northeast on the main road until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the Mbarara-Kabale Road. Continue on this road for about 1.5 kilometers. When you see the sign for Golf Course Road, take a left turn. After about 500 meters on Golf Course Road, Cafe Havana3 will be on your right side. Ensure to watch out for pedestrians and local traffic while cycling.

Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)

To reach Cafe Havana3 using a boda boda, find a boda boda stand near your location in Mbarara. Tell the driver that you want to go to Cafe Havana3 on Golf Course Road. The driver will navigate you through the streets towards the Mbarara-Kabale Road. After about 10 minutes, they will take a left onto Golf Course Road. Cafe Havana3 will be located on the right side shortly after entering Golf Course Road. The fare typically ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 UGX, depending on your starting point.
