If you're traveling by car within the Ssese Islands, head towards Lutoboka Bay on Bugala Island. From the main road, look for signs pointing to Victoria Forest Resort. The resort is located approximately 5 kilometers from the Lutoboka landing site. Follow the scenic route along the shoreline, and you'll arrive at the resort, which is situated near the lake with beautiful views.

To reach Victoria Forest Resort via public transportation, first take a matatu (shared taxi) or a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) from your current location in Ssese Islands to the Lutoboka landing site. The cost is typically around 5,000 to 10,000 UGX, depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at Lutoboka, you can hire a local boda boda to take you the remaining 5 kilometers to the resort for about 10,000 UGX. Ensure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.

If you are coming from another island or the mainland, you can take a boat to Lutoboka. Boats leave from various points in the Ssese Islands and from the mainland at a cost of around 20,000 to 50,000 UGX per person, depending on the distance.
